Mahita is a psychologist, psychosynthesis therapist, and coach with a keen eye and a big heart for the ways in which identity gets formed - and forged.

She brings her multi-cultural experience to a trans-cultural consideration of how dominant systems and culture of patriarchal, neo-capitalism, extreme materialism, consumerism, and colonial imperialism come to shape our sense of self, tap into our personal power and distort our relationship with purpose, freedom and direction.

This free-ranging conversation and group reflection will consider how these dynamics have come to dominate, with catastrophic impact for individuals, communities, cultures and planet.

We will share techniques that can enable us to recognise and disidentify from the habituated patterns of Modernity, engaging anew with the underlying personal, transpersonal, social and evolutionary will that the dominant paradigm has learned to prey upon, exploit and manipulate.
